Address: 39 Gransdon Avenue, London, E8 3QA
Project Overview: Gransden Ave is a mixed-use development in Hackney comprising multiple residential and commercial units. London Hill were appointed by the founder to monitor and report on close out works by the developer. We were given the contract to go in and deep clean 14 of the finished units which required us to provide a deep chemical clean in some areas to remove stains and debris left over from the build. Overview: Har-che we’re given the contract to do a renovation clean on the nearly finished GROVENOR Cafe in central London.
The site was a new renovated cafe with 3 floors. Professional kitchen appliances needed restoring to their original condition and every surface including the ceiling and windows needed a proper deep clean.
